NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026 Opens in Nepal with 55 Brands and 40+ New Vehicles

The 2nd NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 opened August 11 at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Ground in Kathmandu, Nepal's largest automobile exhibition this year. The expo runs 6 days with 55 automotive brands across 51 booths and 40+ new vehicle debuts covering EVs, hybrids, passenger cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles and charging solutions.

NAIMA Chairperson Ritu Singh Vaidya stated that mobility is not a luxury but a basic need connecting education, healthcare, employment and markets. She called for policy stability and consultation with industry, promoting battery recycling policies and automotive parts assembly development.

Concurrent Mobility Dialogue activities focus on foreign investment, AI applications and battery technology.
