The official website of the 2026 Green Convention and Exhibition Conference (CGCEC2026) at cgcec.iceec.org.cn has officially launched, marking the entry of conference preparations into a public and standardized phase. The conference will be held from September 16-18, 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Tianjin.

Website Features

The official website is available in both Chinese and English, with automatic adaptation for desktop and mobile browsing. The conference agenda, organizational structure, exhibitor information, and event updates are now publicly available. The website also features online portals for exhibition applications and attendee registration, with exhibitor information being progressively uploaded.

Conference Scale

As a concurrent event of the 2026 Green and Low-Carbon Expo hosted by China Foreign Trade Centre Group, CGCEC2026 is co-organized by the International Exhibition Economy Committee of China International Association for Economic Cooperation, the National Urban Industrial Trade Center Exhibition Committee, Global Expo Media Platform, and China Green Exhibition Service Platform.

According to the website, the conference features a plenary session and five thematic seminars covering green exhibitions, green venues, green exhibition cities, green display technologies, and green exhibition education. The event is expected to attract over 500 attendees with an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters and 6 forum sessions.

Branding Initiative

A committee representative stated that building the official website is a foundational step in the conference branding strategy, aiming to enhance transparency and credibility through information disclosure, providing industry participants with a unified and authoritative information channel. The conference will continue to release preparation updates through the website.

CGCEC2026 runs concurrently with the 2026 Green and Low-Carbon Expo and the 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo. The Green and Low-Carbon Expo has a total planned area of 100,000 square meters, themed "Green Blueprint: Exploring a Low-Carbon Future."
