The 2026 (25th) China Internet Conference opened at the National Convention Center in Beijing on July 8, themed "Smart New Journey, Integrated Innovation for the Future."

Academician Wu Hequan delivered a keynote report titled "AI-Native Reconstruction of the Internet," noting that by 2030, global AI traffic will exceed 60%, with intelligent agent service traffic rising to 75%.

The "FlagOS Prairie Fire Plan" was launched, linking three major operators, cloud vendors, and research institutes to build a full chain from core components to industry applications.

Operators proposed a shift from "traffic management" to "Token management." Huawei proposed "network access equals computing access," while Kuaishou suggested using multimodal models to reduce marketing costs for small businesses.
