India's 'GI & Beyond 2.0' Handloom & Handicraft Summit was held on August 5 in New Delhi. The summit showcased over 100 Geographical Indication (GI) certified products from India, attracting international buyers from 10 countries.
During the summit, a digital handloom atlas platform was officially launched to promote the digital marketing and international market expansion of India's traditional handicrafts. The GI certification covers特色 handloom products, handmade textiles and traditional handicrafts from various regions of India, representing an important component of India's cultural exports.
