Apsara Conference: Alibaba Cloud Releases AI Agent Products

At the 2026 Apsara Conference, Alibaba Cloud officially released a new series of AI Agent products, marking its comprehensive push into the intelligent agent space.

The Alibaba Cloud AI Agent product is positioned as an enterprise-grade intelligent agent development and operations platform, addressing three core pain points:

First, high Agent development barriers. The new product provides a visual Agent orchestration tool supporting natural language workflow definition, enabling developers to build multi-step Agent applications without writing complex code. The platform includes rich tool connectors for quick integration with existing enterprise APIs and data sources.

Second, difficulties in multi-Agent collaboration. The product supports Multi-Agent architecture, allowing multiple Agents to perform task allocation, information sharing, and collaborative decision-making through standardized communication protocols.

Third, lack of observability in Agent operations. The new product includes comprehensive runtime monitoring with token consumption tracking, tool invocation chain analysis, and decision path visualization.

Additionally, Alibaba Cloud launched an Agent application marketplace where enterprise users can subscribe to industry Agent templates and quickly customize them with their own data.

The product series has completed internal testing at several leading enterprises, covering financial risk control, intelligent customer service, and supply chain management.
